COVID-19 at KJ Auktion

We take the situation with COVID-19 very seriously and therefore also follow the government and the police's instructions in connection with deliveries, inspections and the delivery of goods at KJ Auktion.

Deliveries:

As is the case for everything else during this time, if you are in a queue, keep a distance of 2 meters to the next person in the queue, this will also be marked on the floor. There will be hand alcohol, nitrile gloves and masks standing for free use by customers. All KJ Auktion's employees thoroughly wash their hands and use bandages.

  1. You must contact the delivery office where you submit your invoice number
  2. KJ Auktion's staff will refer / pick up / find your items to you if necessary. And feel free to lift it out to your car - if desired.
  3. Please note that if it can not be loaded by truck, it is your responsibility to lift it into the car. Once the item has been loaded, it is important to leave again, as there will be no opportunity to inspect other active auctions on the day of delivery.

Review:

It will only be possible for a maximum of 10 people to be inspected at a time, this can create a queue, as there will also be staff present in the hall to be included.
Active auctions on Strandvejen 163, Hou / Hals, there will be an ongoing opportunity for inspection between 08.00 - 16.00 where it is possible to inspect the goods if there are less than 10 people in the hall, otherwise you have to show patience and understanding for the seriousness of the situation.

General visits or delivery of goods in Hou.

If there are less than 10 people in the hall, it is legal to inspect the goods every weekday - IF you use a bite / other type of mask - and keep a good distance. Please prepare material about the goods and the like from home, so that the customer number / invoice number can be provided upon delivery.
