Latvian papers. Was veteran in 2014. Good engine and gearbox. Motor is conse filed with the oil and the buyer should be aware that it is emptied via the screw plug before attempting startup. Liogeledes there may also be oil in the exhaust. Side cart is sandblasted and primed, so nothing hidden rust beyond what is visible.
