Computer Controlled Edge Lacquer Line. Capacity: batch of subjects, 60 cm wide, length 210 cm long and hight app. 160 cm. First operation is fladder sanding of the edges and then on the sides. The batch of subjects then goes to next step: edge spraying, short end and then spraying on long end. 16 driven chains and roller conveyors, length from 2 to 2.5 meters. 1 driven, angle transfer, 3 meter. (4) not driven roller conveyors, 3 meter.
